What a great weekend, a Swans win against Collingwood on Saturday night was FANTASTIC!!!!!

Jarrod and I ventured up to Sydney on a 6.15am Virgin Blue flight meeting Cher at the airport. We were greeted by friends at Sydney Airport and whisked off the Junior Footy. The under 12's were a few players short so Jarrod donned the junper and played for them. He scored 1.4 and ws judged best on ground. Unfortunately they are unable to water sporting grounds in Sydney, so the ground was as hard as a rock.

We then spent the afternoon at Des and Jay's place over in Quakers Hill, they have recently moved into their townhouse.

We ventured off to StadiOZ at about 4.30 and had a few drinks at the Brewery prior to the games, met up with DST, BBB, and a few others from RedandWhiteOnline the rest is history so to speak, a Swans win by 6 points.

One lesson learnt from the weekend is that I shouldn't take on my son in a race in the Car Park at StadiOZ, I came away 2nd best by taking a big topple. I am a bit sore but OK.

We came back on a 7.15am Virgin Blue Flight and headed straight out to Ridells Creek to watch the Sunbury Lions Under 12's, who had a close win by 2 points.

So that was 3 close games I witnessed in one weekend, not too good for the nerves.
